THE CAPE CABLE.
NEW COMPLICATIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Melbourne, April 9. New complications have arisen in connection with Victoria’s negotiations for the Cape cable. It involved a big question of policy, which cannot be dealt with in undue haste. This practically puts an end to the negotiations so far as Victoria alono is concerned.
