ROYAL VISIT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, last night. At a mooting of a special committee His Worship tho Mayor and Councillor McKay were appointed to confer with Mr A. L. D. Fraser, M.H.R., on the subject of erecting an arch in connection with the Royal visit to Wellington. It was decided to ask all tho local bodies from Wairoa to Woodville to assist in defraying the cost, about £3OO to £4OO, of an, arch emblematic of the products of til® whole district.
