PRIZE CATTLE.

SALES IN SYDNEY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, April 8. In connection with the Show, a number of Ayrshire cattle were offered for sale, on account of Mr John Grant, of Invercargill, and Mr Thomas Parker, of Dunedin. Mr Grant’s first prize cow, Pride, was sold for 34 guineas. Mr Parker’s second prize bull, Badcn-Powell, [was sold for 83 guineas. The others ranged from 6} to 19 guineas, Bidding was slow, and several entries were withdrawn.
