A GRIEVANCE.

Brisbane, April 1. The Brisbane Chamber of Commerce has discussed the ill-effccts of American shipping laws on tho Australian trade. It was decided to refer tho question to tho Associated Chamber’s Conference at Melbourne in May, with the view to getting Federal Parliament to take action.
