THE CONINGHAM CASE.
EXCITED ADDRESS: VIOLENT ACCUSATIONS.

After Mr Want had concluded his address to the jury, Mr Coningliam delivered an excited address, violently accusing O’Hara of destroying his happiness. Ho emphatically repudiated the insinuation of conspiracy. If damages were awarded, ho would not, he said, touch a penny of it, but would ask tho Court to tie it up for the benefit of the children. Tho case was not concluded when the Court rose.
