Tho schooner Waiapu left yesterday morning for Boat Harbor, but, owing to the unfavorable state of the weather, was compelled to return to port. She leaves again at tho first opportunity. Mararoa leaves Auckland this afternoon for Gisborne, arriving to-morrow, and sailing South at o p.m. Tlio Union Company’s s.s. Ilawca left Timaril last night with produce, and will arrive here at daylight on Thursday morning. She discharges 45 tons of cargo at this port. The Shaw-Savill and Albion liner Karamen arrives from Napier to-day to load meat from the Gisborne Freezing Works. Messrs Common, Shelton and Co. are the local agents. Tho ketch Clematis (Captain D. Bay) arrived from Ngunguru yesterday morning with .100 tons of coal for the Gisborne Freezing Works. The schooner Aotea is not expected to arrive here before Wednesday. The schooner Gisborne (Captain Vankow) from Mercury Bay brought 58,000 ft of timber in the folli/\ving lots : 80,000 ft Clayton Bros., 80,000 ft Mackrell and Colley, and 800 ft Wiliams and Kettle.
