SYDENHAM ACCIDENT
THE EXPERT’S EVIDENCE. By Telegraph-Press Assooiation-Copyrigh Received March 20, 11.2 a.m. Sydney, March 19. At the railway enquiry the expert’s evidence attributed the Sydenham accident to the defection in the road and the excessive speed of the engine, which was •unsuited to the class of locomotive.
An adjournment has been made to May 6th for the driver’s evidence.
