By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, last night.

In the Supreme Court to-day an injunction was granted against the proprietor of tlie Wr.lrarapa Standard preventing him from publishing Press Association cables. The Standard does not subscribe to the Association, but, in defiance of the Copyright Act, persisted in copying its cables. Upon threat of prosecution, the proprietor promised to refrain from publishing, but repeatedly broke that promise, aud the Association in December procured an intlgim injunction, which to-day was made perpetual, with costs 13 guineas and disbursements,

Colonel Pen toby has advised that the E aster encampment for the Wellington volunteer district should be held in the immediate vicinity of the city so that the forces may act in conjunction with those jnanning the forts.
