Tho total wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 3,780,000 quarters, and for the Continent 1,060,000. Bank shares: Australasia,’77s; Union, 871; others unchanged. At the wool sales Balme and Co., Bux-' *. ton and Ronald,, and Jacomb and Co. yoffered 11,670 bales, a good general selec- ' tion. There was an average attendance. Home and Continental buyers competed freely. Prices for Merinos were fully equal to the closing sales of the January series. The sale for crossbreds favored buyers; medium and low class sorts were fully fivo per cent, lower than the January sales. The Americans did not operate.
