[By Telegraph—Press Association.] Auckland, last night. The Council of the Chamber of Commerce has decided that the time has arrived when tho constructioil of the Auck-land-Manakau canal should be fully considered. Towards that end it was decided that a deputation should wait on the Harbor Board to confer on the matter.
