RATEPAYERS’ ASSOCIATION,
Per Press Association—Copyright. Wellington, last night. At a meeting of the Ratepayers’ Association to-night a i-esolution was passed that no officer of a corporation should be allowed to do any private work, and that the whole of his time should be devoted to the work of his department. The Association also decided to support the proposal to build a town hall.
