PROPOSED LEGISLATION

[By Telegraph—Press Association.] Christchurch, last night. At a public mooting to-night to consider the question of cyclo traffic, a motion was carried in favor of passing a Bill providing for the laying down and maintaining permanent tracks or an improved road for cyclists. A committee was appointed to work in union with committees in othor centres to take all necessary steps to support the Bill.
