THE NOMINATIONS.

Eleven wero received for tho Senate, including' four members of tho State A-esembly and six of tho Council, amongst whom are Messrs G. Playford, D. Charleston, and G. McGregor, Sirs J. H. Symon, R. G. Baker, and J. W. Downer.
Seventeen nominations wero roceived for the House, including Messrs Holder, Batchelor (Minister of Education), Sir W. L. Bonython, and fivo other members of the Assombly.
