Auckland and local buyers were represented, but bidding was without spirit, and clearly shows the gloomy view of the present state of the wool trade, and want of confidence in the future of the market. Outcatalogue comprised 116 bales, 52 pockets, and 87 bags of wool, 2078 sheepskins, and a few packages of tallow.
