GISBORNE BOROUGH COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER. THE following Resolution was passed at a Special Meeting of the Council, held on Tuesday, sth February, 1901, at 7.30 p.m.:— “ That pending the raising of a Loan for Borough improvements, the Counoil raise a Loan sufficient to pay off the deficiency between the Sinking Fund in hand and the £IO,OOO Loan falling duo to the Harbor Board on 12th April next, either by arranging with the Harbor Board, the present lenders, or else by getting the money from other quarters.” Notice is hereby given that such Resolution will be confirmed at a Meeting of the Council, to be held at the Council Chambers, Lowe street, Gisborne, on Tuesday, the sth March, 1901, at 7.30 p.m. R.
