NOT BOUND BY GOVERNMENT OR ANYONE ELSE.

[By Tolograph—Press Association.] Christchurch, last night.

At the inquest yesterday on a young woman attended by C. J. Bussell, M.D. Mr Bcctham, Coroner, said Dr Bussell's certificate had not been accepted because lie was not registered. He was not bound in the matter by the Government or anybody olsc, and being satisfied of Dr Bussell’s qualifications, would take his evidence, though he was not on the reggistcr ; and whenever he felt that a post mortem examination was necessary ho would order it, and would not order a post mortem examination when he thought it was not nccossary.
