There Was continuous rioting in the city to-day. Volleys and missiles were thrown from the windows and balconies. Numbers"of the police were injured. :

Cries of “ Death of Caserta,” “.Princess Asturias must not marry,” were heard in the streets.

The mobs were frequently charged, and many were wounded. A state of siege was proclaimed. The populace were equally violent in the provinces. The Carmelite Priory of Santander was sacked and set afire, and the Bishops of the Palace stoned. The windows of Carlist houses were smashed. A collision between the gendarmes and the mob occurred at Valencia, and one was killed.
