On the seventeenth head, however, a change came over the scene, Simson’s team scoring, and, being well supported by his team, followed up by scoring every head to the end of the name, adding a further 10 points. Bright’s team having become disorganised, Bright, with a desperate endeavor to save defeat, and wanting 6 to tie, made a dead head on he twenty-first head, hut was unable to get the required number on to make a dead h9ad on the next attempt.
