WILL OPEN PARLIAMENT. YORKS VISIT AUSTRALIA. By Telegraph—Tress Association—Copyright London, Feb. S. The King will open Parliament with full State honors. Tlio Queen, accompanied by His Majesty, was warmly acclaimed, when driving to Marlborough House yesterday. The Times states that it has been definitely decided that the Duke and Duchess of York leave at the end of March or beginning of April, reaching Australia early in May. : The Duke of York should be fully convalescent at the beginning of voyage. Good health alone can make the prospect wholly pleasurable. The long voyage will probably be the best restorative.
