A Complaint.
To the Editor, Tijies,
Sir, —We have often had printed in the papers instances of cyclists scorching along the footpaths, but it does not seem as if warnings have any effect on them. On the upper Gladstone Road it is really dangerous to go out of your own gate of an evening, as some cyclists have no bells, and they come along with such a rush, in fours and sixes even, sometimes. If you want to send your children a message fear of the bikes prevents you doing so. It is a great pity it cannot be put a stop to.—l am, j ours etc., Subscriber.
