A DEFINITE REPLY NEXT WEEK.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, Feb. 7. In reply to an inquiry, Mr Chamberlain has cabled to Lord Hopctoun that a definite notification may be expected in about a week as to whether the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall and York will adhere to the arrangements to visit Australia.
The Duke of York has so far recovered that he has been able to get up from his bed and take a walk indoors.
