Boy Drowned.
[BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, last night. A seaman belonging to the Abbey Holme was beard shouting, and saw a boy in the water near the railway wharf. A seaman jumped in and seized the boy, but owing to the current could not retain his hold. The lad sank, and the body has not yet been recovered. The name of the lad is not known.
