DIVIDEND DECLARED,

Dunedin, last night.
The National Mortgage and Agency Company has received advice from the head office, London, that- the directors recommend for the year a dividend of 71 per cent., and that the special fund held for some time to meet possible depreciation and losses on assets is found to be no longer necessary, as the contingency account has been transferred to the reserve, and further additions made to bring the reserve up to .£2.5,000.
