T/‘ 1> i £:s ASD In response to the request of many of my fellow townsmen, I beg to announce myself as a Candidate for your suffrages at the forthcoming Harbor Board Election. I have lived amongst you for many years, and you all know that my sympathies arc wholly in the interests of our district. If elected, you will find me always on the side of progress, and at the same time watching closely that all proposals for new works are neeessary and practical, and that the expenditure involved is judiciously administered.
