STATE OP HEALTH OF WYLY AND OTHERS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Jan. 14. Lieutenant "Wyly, the Tasmanian who won the Victoria Cross, and who was dangerously wounded at Nootigedacht, is doing well. King Oscar of Sweden, who was recently lying seriously ill, is now steadily recovering. Dr Creighton, the Bishop of London, is dead.
Ex-President Kruger, who was recently reported to be ill, is improving in health.
President McKinley, who was pros trated by influenza, is now in an im proved state of health.
