DECISIONS UPON ENQUIRIES.

Wellington, last night. The stewards of the Wellington Racing Club have further enquired into the running of Mellwood at the recent meeting of the club, but have decided that the evidence was not sufficient to warrant any further action being taken. In the matter of jockey F. Kingan, who again applied for a license, it was decided to grant him one, with a caution as to his conduct in the future.
