ORPHAN ASYLUM BURNED. AN AWFUL DEATH ROLL. . By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright New York, last night. A terrible fire occurred in an asylum at Rochester, New York State, containing 175 orphans. A boiler exploded in one wing and blocked the outlets. Many were suffocated with the smoke, while others were stunned in jumping from the windows. Twenty-eight perished in the flames and thirty were injured.
