THE MISSING BASQUE.

ARRIVES DAMAGED AT CONCEPTION. [By Telegraph—Press Association.] Wellington, last night. A brief cable message has been received here from Conception announcing the arrival there in a damaged condition of the barque Beacon Rock, which left Adelaide as long ago as October 2nd for this port. She had long ago been given up for lost. The ship encountered heavy weather, and was extensively damaged. Particulars as to the damage have not yet come to hand.
