Such returns shall be delivered at or forwarded to the Branch office of the Land and Income Tax Department where the taxpayer s records are filed. Return forms are available at all post-offices or from any office of the Land and Income Tax Department. , Posters showing particulars of persons ; liable to furnish returns are displayed at these offices. RESTRICTIONS ON WATERHEATERS All country consumers, including the Wainui Beach, who have their waterheaters controlled by time-switches on their switchboards are hereby notified to switch off their household electric waterheating services at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, 27th May. and to leave them switched off until 9 p.m. on Thursday, 29th May, when they may be switched on again. On all other days in the week the waterheaters are to be switched off from 8 a.m. to i. 30 p.m. Country consumers are particularly asked to co-operate in this matter as it is impracticable to reset timeswitches at frequent intervals in country areas. All consumers in the town and residential areas, at Te Karaka Township, and part of Wainui Ecach, whose waterheaters are controlled by pilot wire, need not switch off their heaters as the Board will cut them off by means of the pilot wire for the periods stated above.
