KUSS BEATS BLOMFIELD
DECISION ON POINTS (P.A.) AUCKLAND. May 26. A professional heavyweight wrestling contest between Otto Kuss. of U.S.A.. and Loftv Blcmfield. New Zealand. at the Town Hall on Saturday night was won by Kuss on points. Kuss secured a fall in the fourth round with a series of flying head scissors after Blomfield appeared to have him groggy witli headlocks. Blomfield evened with a fall in the sixth round with his octopus clamp. There were no more falls, the bout going the full eight Kuss’ weight was announced as 17st 71bs and that of Blomfield 17st.
