STRIKE FUND STARTED
CIVIL SERVICE CLERKS LONDON, May 21. The Civil Service Clerical Association representing 123.000 members, decided to ask the Government for an impartial inquiry into the negotiating machinery available to civil servants, and by a large majority approved the creation of a strike fund, states (he Evening News.
