Troops marched on Buenos Aires and there are said to have been local clashes. The President has none aboard a warship, which he regards as the seat of Government. There are conflicting' reports about the outcome of this phase of the revolt. Some say that General Ramirez, has set up a provisional Government and others that he is captive of the President.

Argentina is the only Palin American country still maintaining relations with the Axis.
