Motu Rainfall
The rainfall recorded at Marumoko station, Motu, last month totalled 4.23 in., which was considerably less than was recorded in May last year. Rain fell on 13 days, the heaviest fall in one day being .81in. on May 1. The total from the beginning of the year (o May 31 was 21,7 Gin., 7.20 in. less than the rainfall to the same date last year.
