The public works estimates provide CBOOO lor automatic signalling installations on the Gisborne-Napier railway, a further £IOO,OOO for the Gisborne-Waikokopu section, £50,000 for the Waikaremoana lower works hydro development, and £IOO,OOO for the upper works scheme.
