RETRIAL ORDERED
RUSSIANS IN TURKEY (2 p.m.) ANKARA, Oct. 19. A retrial has been ordered for two Russians. Leonid Kornilov and* Yorgi Pavlov, who were sentenced to 20 years’ imprisonment after a bomb attempt last July against the German Ambassador, Herr von Papen. The Turkish Court of Cassation cancelled the previous judgment.
