POLISH RETRIBUTION
NAZI WAR CRIMINALS PUNISHMENT PLANS (British Official Wireless.) (Noon.) RUGBY, Oct. 19. Planning for the punishment of German war criminals, the Polish Cabinet issued a special decree attaching criminal responsibility for the crimes committed in Poland after August 31, 1939. Actions contravening international law and harmful to Polish. State institutions and firms will be punished by imprisonment or death, if such actions caused death, special suffering, deportation or transfer of populations, or the imprisonment of individuals or general danger to humans, or compulsory military service in foreign armies or the destruction or damage to property of national value.
