TYPHUS EPIDEMIC
NORTH AFRICAN NATIVES (11 a.m.) STOCKHOLM, Oct. 19. German reports state that a violent epidemic of typhus is raging among French North African natives, particularly in Algeria. French doctors are unable to check the epidemic because of the lack of rum, which is a powerful anti-typhus medicine.
