PRISONERS FREED
FASCIST ANNIVERSARY (9 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 18. The King of Italy has decreed an amnesty freeing more than 22,000 prisoners and granting conditional releases to others in celebration of the twentieth anniversary of the Fascist revolution on Tuesday, says the Rome radio. The amnesty does not affect military and political prisoners. •
