* AMERICAN LEAFLETS NATIONALS’ TREATMENT (11 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Oct. 15. Millions of copies in the Italian language of his message that unraturalised Italians in the United States are no longer classified as enemv aliens were dropped from planes over Italy, said the AttorneyGeneral. Mr. Francis Biddle, to the House of Representatives Immigration Committee. He predicted that the action would have a tremendous psychological effect. Questioned about Japanese aliens, Mr. Biddle said the Japanese was a class of his cwn. Nobody seemed to understand the operations of his mind.
