VICTIMS OF AIR RAIDS (British Official Wireless.) (11 a.m.) RUGBY, Oct. 15. Civilian casualties as a result of enemy air raids on the United Kingdom during the year ended September 3 were 3224 killed or missing and believed killed and 4061 injured and detained in hospital.
