BRAZILIAN NAVY
WORKING UNDER U.S. WASHINGTON, Oct. 15. The Secretary of the Navy, Colonel F. Knox, revealed that the Brazilian naval forces had been placed under the direction of the American area commander, Admiral Jonas Ingram, who was expanding his activities considerably in the area of submarine activity.
