JAP. BASE BOMBED ENEMY VESSEL HIT (2.30 p.m.) NEW DELHI, Oct. 13. A Royal Air Force communique stated: “Our planes based in India > bombed bnemy targets in the Chjndwin Valley and off the Arakan coast. “On Sunday Blenheims successfully attacked barracks and the Japanese air base in Kalewa. All the bombs were seen to fall in the target area, but the results were not observed owing to cloud.
