MOVE ON DAKAR?
ALLIED ACTIVITY EARLY STEP PREDICTED (Noon.) LONDON, Oct. 14. Spanish diplomatic circles expect a change in the status quo of French West Africa within 48 hours, says the Madrid correspondent of the German controlled Swedish Telegraph Agency. British and American troops are concentrated on the Gambia-Senegal frontier, adds the agency. Reports that a lai'ge Allied convoy was seen off Dakar cannot be confirmed.
