BRITISH INTENTION END OF RIGHTS IN CHINA (British Official Wireless.) (11.30 a,m.) RUGBY, Oct. 14. The contemplated renunciation of British extra-territorial rights in China does not include the transfer of. Hong Kong back to the Chinese nation, said the Under-Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Mr. R. K. Law, replying to a question in the House of Commons. The proposed agreements relate only to the surrender of extra-terri-torial rights in Chinese territory.
