KAHUTIA BOWLS OPENING

Tthe Kahutia bowling green was in perfect condition for the official opening of the season on Saturday, a large and representa-1 live gathering being welcomed by the president, Mr. C. (!. Coriel. The first bowl was sent down by Mrs. Col let and registered u toucher. On behalf of the centre. Mr. J. .T Hartley wished the club a very successful season. Telegrams of congratulations were sent by sister clubs and by Mr. S. Gooch, a member now with the armed forces.
