STATE OF EMERGENCY EXECUTIONS IN NORWAY (9 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 12. A Stockholm report says that Herr Terboven, the Nazi Commissioner in Norway, has issued a proclamation suspending the state of emergency oi Trondheim from to-day. During the state of emergency 34 Norwegians were executed. Moscow radio says that the Nazis threatened that 200 workers and hostages would be shot if the demonstrations throughout Norway did not cease.
