BRITISH WITHDRAWAL
FORCES IN ETHIOPIA (British Official Wireless.) (11 a.m.) RUGBY, Aug. 31. The new Ethiopian Minister to London, Mr. Belata Ayalla Gabre, arrived yesterday. He was for many years director of customs. When the British troops left Addis Ababa earlier this month, - the Emperor, Haile Selassie, gave a luncheon at which all members of the British force were presented to him. The Emperor then . inspected the troops, who represent the first of an almost general withdrawal.
