NORWAY’S QUISLINGS
PROPOSED PARLIAMENT (Noon.) RUGBY, Aug. 31. According to reliable reports from Oslo, leaders of the National Samling (Norwegian Quisling Party), have almost completed preparations for the proclamation of Parliament during a big Quisling rally called for September 25 to 27 to celebrate the second anniversary of Major Quisling’s assumption of power. Since no elections can be held the principle of the Quisling Parliament will be that of a delegation, from the main organisation and associations in the country.
