WARNING OF PF.NALTIF.S (P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. A warning that non-compliance with the bicycle tyre and tube control notice gazetted on July 23 might lead to heavy penalties was issued by tlife Hon. D. G. Sullivan, Minister of Supply. The notice requires a written return from persons possessifig any new tyres or .tubes, under their ,control or on order if they are not affixed to. a pedal bicycle. : . .
