As the result of an appeal against overseas service lodged on his own behalf, J. E. F. ! Sharland will not be liable in thq meantime, the position to be roviewable at any time. Immediate leave for three months was recommended in an appeal by E. A. Reeve for the release of D. A. Reeve, orchardist. An appeal for the release of C. Hacehe, garage manager, lodged by Ormond’s Motors, Limited, was adjourned for review in three months. The decision in an apneal for release from camp by W. H. J. Gedye, farmhand, and also by his employers, J, and R. Austin, was reserved.
